I've digitized and posted "I'll Be Home for Christmas." This was the Life Center Drama and Choir Christmas production for 1994. And in my opinion had one of the greatest group of people on stage, in the choir, and back stage ever.

I've been scanning like crazy. I've sorted through allot of old paperwork and saved "stuff." Here's two of my favorite photos of the 1999 Kid's Crusade:

Nicol looks so intense here. Her and Ray are so great and were so good at these events.

This picture is good for a number of reasons. One I love Ray pointing up into the light, it looks so planned. Second, Robin the at-the-time children's pastor behind Ray, laughing. And third, if you look in the crowd below the guy on the stairs is Louie who would take Robin's place when she left. Just a great photo.

Ode' To Bruce

Compared to past church staff, Bruce Kane was only at Life Center a short while. But his impact will be felt for years to come. He showed me complete trust, and challenged me in doing,to do that to others. Truly a man of vision Bruce and his wife Rhonda brought a spirit of change and vigorous renewal.

Hiawatha Returns To Do U2

At the Youth Summer camp of 2001 Kyle Cherryholmes led the Life Center youth dubbed the Hiawatha in a rendition of U2's "All I Want Is You," dedicated to the girl comedy group from Vanguard called Entourage. The song's lyrics were changed to fit the them of "All I want is Entourage. Here now is the MP3 for your listening pleasure.

I have ripped three Southern California Youth Convention CD's for your listening pleasure. They are ripped at 192 kps. I've also scanned in the cover artwork. The CD's are from conventions '97, '98, and 2001. You can preview and download them in the "BOX" off to the right of the screen.

I've been scanning in the original proposal artwork for the old Church logo. It's a bit confusing, but I have the original artwork that was used to make the proposal to the church for the original church logo. I also found some video of Pastor Atherton in the old sanctuary, before it was remodeled. I've posted that video on YouTube and placed it below. Also you can see some scans of some of the artwork, as soon as I can get them uploaded. I'm having a problem with Blogger's upload system.

Greetings all,

I have a great blast from the past coming to you soon. I'm going through all the old Underground Jr. High newsletters from 2001 I did for Life Center youth group and posting them as pdf's. They will be out underground.croswhite.com. I'm downloading the old fonts i used so they will be as original as the can be. I really enjoyed putting these out. This was during the glory years of the Life Center youth group, under the general himself Dennis Luce. i hope you get a kick out of seeing these again. Friday Night Fellowship, Richard Cash

Friday Night Fellowship was a great time of music and friends getting together and having food and fun. I'm not sure if the church is still having these nights, I hope they are. Here's a great video of Richard Rodriguez doing, and a gallery of a Friday Night on March 31st of 2006.
